Trish Workout: Elliptical machine at gym 15 minutes (Corny, but love to pretend I'm running fast!), arm weights. Later, a 1 mile jog at Memorial Park.
Vince Workout: Yoga moves at home and his SLOW weight workout at the gym.
Vince happily ate a slice of left over Christmas zucchini bread as I watched in horror.
Now I want some too. Sure hope my will power sustains me tonight! Will find out tomorrow!

| This blog sure has me cooking again! Yay! Easily done. Just chop up veggies of your liking. Red onion, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, mushrooms, carrots, garlic, orange and yellow bell peppers. |
