Day 6 Happy New Year 2013!

We ended up having our own New Year's party last night...a party for two! Made a run to Walmart last minute. It was all premeditated. That's right....we made the choice to get "bad food" to bring in the new year!
Worked hard for over a year to not eat processed food. Did just the opposite for New Year's Eve. It had been so long since I'd eaten some of the foods that I didn't enjoy them. The ice-cream tasted like the cardboard it came in. Only could stand 2 bites. Filled the croissants with cheese. Cheese tasted fake. Ruined the croissants for me. 

Vince tried to make some healthy choices. The vegetable chips didn't
have many ingredients, but they are still processed. Didn't like them anyway.
 By the way....after eating all this mess I gained 2 pounds! Not worth it! Big mistake.

I am not able to drink alcohol because
it makes me ill. Since it was New Year's Eve
I had about a 1/4 cup of wine. 

Breakfast: green tea, 1 boiled egg, 1/4 cup oatmeal with organic soymilk and flax, frozen blueberries.
Snack: vanilla soymilk with 100% cocoa with no sugar added.

Lunch today: Left over organic chicken and zucchini soup and
orange. Banana for snack earlier, water

No time for dinner due to movie night at the theater.
Ate a quick peanut butter sandwich and organic bread.
Tried the yogurt. Too sweet. Used to the plain Greek yogurt.

Too many Non Real Food ingredients in the yogurt.
Not getting this again. What is this stuff anyway?
Certainly not REAL FOOD.
