Day 9 New Calorie Counter APP!

Trish Exercise: Gym today. Weights, brief elliptical machine and 1 mile jog/walk.
Vince: None ( I think he is losing steam). 

I downloaded an app called Lose It. Tracks your food intake, exercise and calories. Can easily scan the food barcode to keep track. Find it very useful and I'm very excited about it!
I set my goal weight and anticipate meeting it by February 22nd IF I eat below a certain amount of calories per day!

The app is REALLY helping  me
make great food selections. 

My lunch today.




Lunch: Wild caught Alaskan salmon, organic broccoli,
1/2 tomato, 1/2 avacado, 12 raisins, 1 teaspoon olive oil,
oregano, basil, water. (Just realized I didn't add the olive
oil and raisins to my calorie intake. It will make a difference.)


 My snacks so far and the
exercise I did today.
If you exercise you can eat more
to make up the calories you lose.
That is good because I could never
just eat 1,284 calories per day.
This will help me exercise daily too!
