Today's food intake was nothing to be proud of. Made several mistakes. Feels like I ate fake food today. Where are the meals? Must get back on the horse! Can't let it get me down. Will do better tomorrow.
Started out by eating less breakfast than normal. (issue #1) Went to the mall with a slight headache due to very little sleep last night. (issue #2). Purchased a Tall hot chocolate from Starbucks thinking that would make my head better. (issue #3 and excuse to drink it). Head got so bad I had to leave the mall. Unusual splitting pain. Excedrin and a 3 hour nap. Much better.
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, green tea

| Vince makes wonderful "air" popcorn. He put a little coconut oil, oregano, and salt. Little coconut oil due to the fat content. A small amount is healthy for you. |

| Processed frozen quiche left over from a Toastmasters party. Bad stuff. Not in the mood to cook. |
